1. FIRST PROJECT EVER
Working in WA in 2008 using Pro E Software, I was tasked to build a conveyor system for grain transfer system. Using counterweight at bottom and folding conveyor. It had 2 positions transport and working position. Other tasks involved selection of motors, length of conveyor and cylinders to carryout fold. Hand sketches and drawing not avail.
When model turns to reality - Me second from left with whole team involved before it was dispatched.
2. FiRST project ON OWN
Starting out in 2023, This was first task i undertook. Simple safety barrier. Client provided hand sketch and i converted to model, CAD drawing and finally completed project. Was kind enough to send photos of completed project.

3. CONVERTING BETWEEN DIFFERENT UNITS
Assigned task to convert all imperial unit dwg from Canada or US into metric unit dxf for manufacturing in Australia. I had to scale imperial to 25.41 to attain metric units. There were plenty but show casing just 3 for sample.
4. Trough
Hand sketch showing side profile. Challenge was to get inclined slope at the base for water to go through drain. This project was to put on website for client gallery. No dimension needed.

5. GATES WITH 1DEG SLOPE
Worked on challenging project where gates were at 1 deg slope from one end to another. Slats that go in between were all meant to be trimmed 45 deg at both ends. Top curve channel and SHS all to have slope of 1deg.

6. ADDITIONAL WORK - STRUCTURAL
Its not always Mechanical tasks that I get to do. I have also involved in structural projects. Pergolas and steel structures in the building. See below. Just model showed. These are across different projects.

7. FROM PDF TO MODEL - CONCEPT BASED MODELLING
Another Variation to level of service provided. Here i was given just pdf with bare dimensions. I had to assume the sizes and work out the model. This is just for concept modelling. Client received potential request to build container but only pdf with basic dimension provided. Rest of all were assumptions based on scaling.
